Soil is the combination of Solid, Liquid & Gas is called three-phase system and mainly the soil is formed by weathering of rocks this weathering is a natural process.
How the Soil was Formed?
The Soil is formed naturally through weathering of rocks
Weathering of Rocks:
Weathering of rocks takes place by the breaking up of particles into small pieces. The weathering of rocks is mainly having two types
They are,
- Physical weathering (Mechanical weathering)
- Chemical Weathering
1. Physical Weathering
Physical weathering occurs when the rock particles were breaking up by various effects.
Those effects are,
- Impact & Abrasion
- Through Air & Water
